Post One Hundred Sixty: Work

I had a very busy day at the office. Meeting with a client, writing up a guide for the client to prepare him for his deposition, drafting several letters and motions, and negotiating a settlement. While it was productive it wore my ass out. I planned on knocking some more stuff out here at the house (particularly a response to a motion for summary judgment that is due in a week) but that is not happening. So I sit here on the sofa catching up on 24 and watching various pornographic videos online.

Not really on that last part. I just thought it would make the post a shade more interesting.

Anyway, the wife has once again left the country, this time to Germany for a week. I would really like the chance to get do some international travel, particularly to Europe and Australia. In that respect I am quite jealous of the wife. Shit, the only traveling I have been doing lately is to Houston or the Gulf coast of Alabama. Two thrilling locales.

Sigh.
