Post Forty-One: I love crazy pro se plaintiffs

I really do. They amuse me. The following are a couple of e-mails from a lady who is convinced that I (or an attorney for another defendant she has sued) regularly break into her house to destroy and/or steal things from her in an attempt to intimidate her:

E-mail No. 1:

Just thought I'd let you know that after telling you about some of the latest thefts, my fuel cap key was "returned" and placed in a cup holder on the console of my LOCKED truck night before last and at some point my purse was invaded again and the three "rain checks" for groceries was replaced. Wish the jerks would bring back my Craftsman weedeater that was near brand new, my drill which was stolen in January, and my GPS which also was taken sometime in January, and the over 50 items of jewelry, tools and other personal items over the last five years in this reign of terror I have been subjected. While some items were returned by throwing them behind furniture at the front door, so many things are gone and each time they broke in for medical records, theft of briefs, and correspondence files to include social security information, ALL of which was confidential, they took bonuses of jewelry, tools and anything they wanted. Much like walking into a "free " store, they took what they wanted, destroyed my vcr's , my tv's , my security systems, any electrical equipment to include my new xerox machine, my monitor to my computer and the list goes on and on and on. Guess you guys didn't get the list that went with the deposition and the additional letter of items that I sent to [the other attorney], and all the other things that continue to go missing everytime they walk in. And I keep my house LOCKED. I don't expect you to REALLY understand what it is like to be broken in on at least once a month now but it used to be weekly and they always let me know they were here. My truck was locked, so how did they get the key with the ring on it in tact back into my truck? Just like they got into it and stole all kinds of stuff over the years this mess has been going on, either with a slimjim or with a key. They used to start it us and burn my gas out in the night and let the air out of the tires to ruin them.&n bsp; They ruined my compressor that is in my truck so I couldn't put the air back in and had to call for help. Try living like this for a while and then multiply it.

I failed to mention among the important papers includes six deeds of property, both titles to my trucks, my driver's license, my ss card (I had to have replaced), birth certificates of myself and my deceased mom, bank card numbers over the years have had to be changed time and again because of abuse after stealing the numbers from my home. These are just highlights of this terrorist activity. And who used my and my mom's ID? Which illegal aliens are coming across the border, using the land deeds to the property near the border near Big Ben at the Rio Grande by using the deeds that were stolen???? What was the undercurrent of the thefts of all this stuff. ??? Do they use the truck titles to bring in illegal vehicles, haul drugs across the border with US vehicle titles???? I don't know and really don't give a darn any more. I worried, now I let the feds worry. If local police can be so duped by lying people blowing smoke ther e is little I can do to show them the straight and narrow. I'd rather submit accurate, factual information and let the big boys handle it. My computer has been broken into so many times and every piece of paper in my bedroom and house rummaged through so many times you'd think all these intruders lived here instead of me. Oh well, this isn't everything that has happened, only a quick glimpse into what I have had to deal with and at the same time being so darn injured it is difficult to get around without any medicine to ease the suffering.

Well, it's obvious that she's on to me. But before you judge me, how else would you expect me to pay for the new house and keep my wife and children in the style to which they've grown accustomed? Between the money we got for the weedeater and the funds we get for shipping in illegal immigrants using the titles to her vehicles, we're absolutely rolling in cash.
